Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
10+ years in Electronics Manufacturing and Distribution Operations.
5+ years leadership in budgeting, planning, and org development.
Strong ERP experience; NetSuite/Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee production, shipping, maintenance, and facilities with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Improve processes to boost productivity, quality, and on-time delivery while cutting costs and scrap.
Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage staffing, space, equipment, tooling, and capex within budget.
Develop and execute short- and long-term operational plans aligned with company goals.
Monitor performance metrics and report results accurately.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high service levels to customers.
Provide leadership through mentoring, training, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
