Job summary

CITY HOME is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage the flow of orders and materials for Contract Sales projects. The role emphasizes inventory tracking, timely deliveries to the distribution center, and accurate record-keeping to support project coordinators.

The position is on-site at Tamarac Corporate Office with a Monday–Friday 40-hour schedule. Candidates should have a Florida driver’s license, strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills, and 1–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience within this type of environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming packages and verify accuracy and quality.
• Update order status in the designated spreadsheet for real-time information.
• Organize and rack items by project in the supply cage.
• Ensure accurate labeling and categorization for easy retrieval.
• Pull and palletize items according to project specs and timelines.
• Coordinate with the distribution center to schedule deliveries.
• Receive returned items from prior deliveries and update tracking.
