Job summary

Flybridge Staffing is seeking a Purchasing Specialist for a client in the Boca Raton area. This on-site contract role (4–6 months, possibly up to 12 months) involves processing POs, creating requisitions, and ensuring transactions comply with policies and contracts.

You will review documents, verify alignment with contracts, and support users of Coupa while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, accounts payable, or a related administrative role preferred.
• Familiarity with procurement systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review requisitions and purchase orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company procurement policies.

Flybridge Staffing is currently seeking a Purchasing Specialist for a client based in the Boca Raton area. This is a ON-SITE contract position that can go from 4- 6 months, potentially up to 12 months, or convert to permanent. The Temporary Purchasing Specialist supports the Procurement team by processing purchase orders (POs), assisting with the creation of requisitions and purchase orders, and ensuring purchasing transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies and contractual requirements.
