Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; detail-oriented.
• PMI-SP, PMP or AACE PSP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed pre-construction schedules across design phases.
• Conduct schedule risk analyses and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams, estimators, and clients for data.
• Create dashboards and KPIs for PMO and stakeholders.
• Ensure schedules align with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
