The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and over 7 years of commercial preconstruction experience, along with strong estimating capabilities and vendor leadership skills. This position is based on-site in Mountain View, CA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial preconstruction, estimating, or bid packaging.
• Hands-on estimating experience with maintained basis-of-estimate files.
• Ability to write procurement plans that comply with reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop estimates, bid templates, and take-offs using technology.
• Lead vendor strategy and document sharing with Project Manager.
• Assemble full proposal packages including detailed scopes.
