Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Pre-construction Project Scheduler to develop detailed schedules during the pre-construction phase for a tech client account. You will collaborate with estimators, capital planning, technical services, and project managers to create realistic, data-driven timelines.

You will analyze risk, maintain schedules through procurement and contract awards, and produce dashboards with KPIs for the PMO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of project scheduling experience in commercial/construction environments.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• MS Office; Google Workspace experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build methods; PMI credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed pre-construction schedules across concepts, design development, procurement, permitting, bidding, and award.
• Collaborate with PMs, estimators, and superintendents to gather information and validate assumptions.
• Produce dashboards and KPIs; support PMO with reporting and governance.
• Communicate schedule status, risks, and impacts to stakeholders; prepare executive summaries.
