Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in optical, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or a comparable service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eyecare or optical practice leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold team members accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily practice operations, patient flow, staffing, scheduling, and labor planning.
• Serve as the primary on-site floor leader, ensuring alignment with patient needs and performance goals.
• Set clear expectations for staff, priorities, patient care standards, and accountability.
• Partner with the Optometrist to support exam flow and service offerings.
• Coach, develop, recognize, and hold staff accountable for performance and service behaviors.
• Support new hire development, training, and adoption of updated systems and AI-enabled tools.
