Job summary

Affinity Eye Care seeks a Practice Manager to lead the on-site team, drive exceptional patient care, and deliver meaningful business results. You will manage patient flow, staff development, and align operations with provider needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with the Optometrist and Field Leadership to ensure service alignment, growth, and ongoing system adoption. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience in optical, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or a comparable service environment.
• Strong communication, coaching, observation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to analyze reports, trends, and performance data; connect results to team behavior and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily practice operations, patient flow, staffing, scheduling, and labor planning.
• Serve as the primary on-site floor leader; align team and patient needs throughout the day.
• Partner with Optometrist to support exam flow and evolving service offerings.
• Coach and develop team members; ensure accountability for performance and patient care standards.
• Support new hire development, training, and adoption of systems and AI-enabled tools.
• Monitor patient feedback and operational trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
