Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation seeks a Site Leader to provide world-class on-site leadership for large, long-duration projects involving Vertiv power and/or thermal equipment. This role serves as the primary on-site Vertiv representative from start-up through project completion, coordinating with the customer, Project Manager, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include driving safety, schedule adherence, cost controls, and a strong customer experience, leading a multi-disciplinary on-site team, and

Qualifications

• Aseet or ASMET preferred in related field.
• Equivalent industry experience, leading and participating in start-up and commissioning of power and/or hvac equipment.
• Six years’ military experience in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial construction management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent operator with ability to lead and communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide jobsite construction and technical leadership for large projects.
• Lead on-site team with Project Leaders, Installers, Technicians, Customer Engineers and subcontractors.
• Represent Vertiv at daily customer meetings and coordinate schedules.
• Lead and support start-up and site testing activities.
• Provide daily status reports to Service Management, Project Management and sales.
