Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Site Leader to provide world class site leadership for large, long-duration projects involving Vertiv power and thermal equipment. You'll serve as the on-site technical representative from start through commissioning, start-up, and project completion, building strong rapport with customers and teammates.

You will partner with the Project Manager to drive cost controls, schedule adherence and resource management, ensuring a positive customer experience and safe, compliant site

Qualifications

• Experience leading and actively participating in start-up and commissioning of power/ HVAC equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with customer-facing experience.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with project managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide jobsite construction and technical leadership for large projects.
• Lead on-site team including project leaders, installers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Represent Vertiv at daily customer meetings and coordinate daily schedules.
• Drive safety, quality, and site testing activities and report status to management.
• Maintain accurate reporting and assist with project data and documentation.
