You will diagnose issues using specialized tools, perform preventative maintenance, and document service activities for quality and billing purposes. You will also coach technicians, maintain service gear, and ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies while delivering customer-centric solutions

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and complete complex repairs at customer site using specialized tools.
• Performs preventative maintenance on power generation products in the field.
• Completes required documentation via service worksheets and warranty claims.
• Maintains service vehicle and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.
• Communicates effectively with diverse audiences and customers.
• Develops talent through coaching technicians and apprentices and shares knowledge.
• Ensures adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.
