Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing complex equipment in field service.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and safety protocols.
• Experience coaching/mentoring technicians or apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and execute repairs on generators and components at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance per schedules and standards.
• Complete service documentation and warranty claims.
• Escalate unresolved issues to product specialists or supervisors.
• Coach and develop technicians and apprentices; provide work direction when needed.
