Job summary

Onity Group Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Manager, Commercial Servicing to oversee a portfolio of commercial real estate loans. This role is a hands-on, customer-facing position reporting to a supervisor and collaborating with portfolio analysts and internal teams.

You will manage borrower and investor interactions, review documents, ensure compliance, and drive delinquencies toward resolution with professional service and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Four year degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of loan servicing experience required.
• Outstanding communications skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the elevated point of contact for borrowers and investors.
• Review daily reports and monitor delinquent loans to resolve issues.
• Document borrower requests and assemble analysis for resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and assist audits as needed.
• Handle large data volumes and generate investor reports.
