Job summary

Foster Poultry Farms is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities, ensure safe and efficient operation, and support production uptime while upholding food safety standards.

The role requires a BS or equivalent, 5 years of maintenance experience (2+ in production), and strong electrical/mechanical skills. Weekend availability, basic computer skills, and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of maintenance experience, including production environments.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
• Must read and write English.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, varying shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance department and attain goals for costs, productivity, quality, and safety.
• Prepare work schedules and work order assignments to support maintenance and production.
• Evaluate, prioritize and schedule maintenance repairs for timely completion.
• Develop on-the-job training programs and document training records.
• Routinely inspect equipment and ensure safe, reliable operations.
