Case Farms, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead shift crews in poultry processing facilities. You will oversee preventive maintenance, respond to equipment breakdowns, and ensure safe, efficient operation of all mechanical systems.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on maintenance expertise, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced food-manufacturing environment. This position emphasizes safety, training, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hourly maintenance staff on a shift basis.
• Strong knowledge of poultry maintenance or related food-manufacturing systems.
• Proficiency with computers and common payroll/attendance software.
• 2–5 years of frontline supervisory experience in a poultry/food setting.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity, and general industrial maintenance.
• Familiarity with PLCs and electronics; ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years maintenance experience in a food-manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with heavy industrial equipment repair.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to maintenance personnel on shift.
• Oversee safe, efficient operation via preventive maintenance program.
• Monitor production and direct mechanics during breakdowns.
• Ensure equipment and working conditions meet safety standards.
• Verify production line readiness at start-up.
• Manage maintenance quality and timely completion of work.
• Coach staff and assist with troubleshooting and adjustments.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
• Advocate for company-wide safety initiatives.
