Job summary

Perdue Farms is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team, plan and execute maintenance activities, and ensure peak production efficiency while championing safe work practices.

You will own preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and coordinate rebuilds or replacements to minimize downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 0–3 years of related experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a skilled maintenance team.
• Plan and execute all maintenance activities to keep production running at peak efficiency.
• Own preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
• Coordinate rebuilds or replacements to minimize downtime.
