Job summary

Key People in Oakmont, PA seeking an on-site HR Business Partner for a manufacturing plant. You will partner with plant management and be the go-to HR resource for ~80 employees, day-to-day on the production floor, and liaison with corporate HR on labor matters.

You will lead recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts while ensuring compliance with employment law and company policy. This role offers a path to broader HR oversight across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred.
• 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
• Local candidates only; relocation not offered.
• Union environment experience preferred; willing to learn if needed.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters independently and escalate appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single HR contact for plant with ~80 employees.
• Coach plant leaders on employee relations, performance discussions, and conflict.
