Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Plant Customer Service Representative in Salisbury, NC to manage the customer order process and ensure on-time delivery while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities include ERP order entry, customer communication, scheduling coordination, and cross-department collaboration to resolve issues and support customer needs. Start ASAP; schedule is Monday–Friday, 8–5; on-site with temp-to-hire potential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
2 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Strong communication, customer focus, attention to detail, interpersonal, adaptability, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Enter customer orders into the ERP system accurately and promptly.
Communicate with customers by email and telephone regarding orders and inquiries.
Provide updates about changes, delays, and other important information.
Coordinate with scheduling, production, and shipping to support on-time deliveries.
Enter quality complaints into the system for proper documentation.
Maintain stock inventory for key customers and place replenishment orders as needed.
Collaborate across departments to resolve customer issues and meet customer needs.
