Job summary

Forever Fit Physical Therapy and Wellness is seeking a Clinic Support Specialist to be the heartbeat of our outpatient orthopedic clinic. You'll be the bridge between patient care and smooth day-to-day operations—the friendly face patients remember and the staff rely on.

You’ll greet patients, assist with exercises, manage schedule conflicts, verify insurance, collect copays, keep rooms clean and stocked, and support therapists to keep sessions on time.

Qualifications

• Strong multitasking and customer service skills.
• Interest in physical therapy or healthcare administration.
• Comfortable with basic clerical work.
• Prior experience is helpful but training provided.
• Basic health insurance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and support patients from check-in through first visit.
• Assist patients with exercises and placement on modalities.
• Schedule management to prevent conflicts.
• Complete administrative duties in EHR.
• Assist therapists to keep sessions on time.
• Turn over treatment rooms and sanitize equipment.
• Monitor and restock clinic supplies.
• Maintain a clean, calm clinic environment.
