Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Silver City, NM is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in a real-world setting within our retail pharmacy teams. You will support the pharmacy workflow, ensure accurate prescription fulfillment, and deliver compassionate service that exceeds patient expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required.
• Ability to attend regularly, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure operations run smoothly and prescriptions are filled accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy and provide caring patient service at pickup, drive-thru, and phone.
• Learn and follow SOPs, participate in immunization and other services as allowed by law and training.
