Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join our pharmacy team in a part-time, on-site role. Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will support patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance while building hands-on experience in a dynamic retail pharmacy environment.

You will participate in medication safety, customer service, and inventory management, gaining exposure to immunization workflows and interprofessional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
• 0-3 years relevant work experience
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
• Ability to: Have regular and predictable attendance, including weekends; Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods; Lift, scan, and bag items; Finger Dexterity; Reach overhead; Extend hand(s) and arm(s); Precision control; Stoop to a considerable degree and move items; Visual Acuity; Oral communication; Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs
