Job summary

Abacus Staffing is seeking an On-Site Manager to support workforce operations across multiple client locations in the Port Redding metro area. Travel between 2-3 sites, including locations in the Orlando area, is required.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and strong MS Office skills. The ideal candidate will monitor attendance, manage staffing needs, and assist with onboarding and communications, while creating Excel-based reports and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Previous experience in staffing, workforce management, warehouse operations, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for employees and client representatives.
• Monitor attendance, staffing levels, and daily workforce needs.
• Conduct employee check-ins and provide support for scheduling and attendance issues.

Position Overview

Abacus Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivated On-Site Manager to support workforce operations across multiple client locations throughout the Port Redding metro area. This role requires a flexible professional who can travel between 2-3 sites, including locations in metro Miami area.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has strong communication and organizational skills, and is proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
