Morales Group is seeking an On-Site Performance Manager to serve as the liaison between our client and Morales Group, Inc. This role focuses on streamlining HR processes, ensuring quality, and driving continuous improvement on-site at the Indianapolis location.

The On-Site Performance Manager will oversee Morales Group employees assigned to the client, manage timekeeping, payroll coordination, and pre-employment activities while maintaining strong client relations and compliance with all

Qualifications

• Experience in management is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and active listening skills are essential.
• High School diploma or higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good client relations by handling inquiries and ensuring quality.
• Conduct onsite check-ins and escort new starts on client premises.
• Manage Morales Group employees assigned to the client and monitor performance.
• Track performance metrics to measure improvements and outcomes.
• Oversee timekeeping, payroll reports, and payroll submission deadlines.
• Coordinate pre-employment tours and pre-assignment paperwork.
