Job summary

Morales Group Staffing in Indianapolis seeks an On-Site Administrator to act as a liaison between the client and Morales Group, handling HR processes and ensuring compliant, quality service. You will support client needs, manage employees assigned to the client, and maintain accurate payroll and attendance records.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, experience with ADP/ECCO systems, and a track record of building client relationships while driving process

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience in HR-related processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent client relations and handle inquiries, issues, and service quality.
• Conduct on-site check-ins and assist new starts on client premises.
• Manage payroll-related tasks, attendance, and timekeeping; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps (I-9, drug tests, skill checks).
• Assist with onboarding and retention strategies for on-site staff.
