You will support the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding new staff to maintaining personnel records, I-9/E-Verify compliance, and benefits processing—in coordination with payroll vendors. This role requires strong organization and meticulous attention to detail to ensure processes are accurate, compliant, and scalable as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in people operations or office administration.
• Familiarity with I-9/E-Verify processes and employment compliance basics.
• Highly organized and detail oriented, able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule with payroll providers.
• Coordinate onboarding for new staff and orientation scheduling.
• Maintain confidential personnel records across systems.
• Assist with I-9/E-Verify processes and documentation.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and routine inquiries with providers.
• Support employee offboarding, including equipment returns and access removal.
• Document and maintain internal procedures and track deadlines.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Support HR/ops system improvements and data cleanup.
