Commonwealth Fusion Systems LLC is seeking an on-site People Operations Business Partner to provide hands-on HR support to a large employee population across manufacturing, engineering, and operations. You will work closely with Senior People Business Partners and leaders to deliver practical HR solutions and build strong business partnering capabilities.

The role requires an on-site presence five days a week with flexible hours as needed to support a 24x7 operation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2–5 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Experience with employee relations, benefits, and leave administration.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee and manager questions, escalating complex matters to Senior BP.
• Develop understanding of the organization, workforce needs, and performance challenges.
• Support leadership meetings, talent discussions, and workforce planning activities.
• Provide guidance to managers on attendance, behavior, and policy interpretation.
• Assist with onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate HR records and transactions and support leave and return-to-work processes.
