Siemens in the United States is seeking an experienced People & Organization (HR) Partner to support the Spartanburg, SC manufacturing plant. You will be the on-site partner delivering practical HR support while aligning people initiatives with business outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership coaching, employee relations, and compliance know-how, with a willingness to travel 10-20% and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• 8-10 years of HR experience with knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and management consultation and coaching.
• 8-10 years in leadership coaching, collaboration and networking, persuasion and influence, and stakeholder management.
• 5+ years of workforce transformation, discussion, and workshop facilitation.
• 8-10 years of experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment and with hourly teams in a multi‑shift operation.
• 8-10 years of experience working in a matrixed environment and successfully managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability and willingness to travel, estimated at 10-20% for this position.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex, escalated, or sensitive employee matters with sound judgment, empathy, confidentiality, and appropriate partnership with specialist teams.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment compliance in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility through high-touch engagement with employees, frontline leaders, and plant leadership across multiple shifts.
• Digital fluency and willingness to promote standard, self‑service, AI‑enabled, and automated P&O solutions while recognizing when direct human support is required.
• Must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer‑sponsored work authorization.

Responsibilities

• You’ll make an impact by translating business strategy into local people experience priorities.
• Serve as a trusted contact for employees and leaders on complex people topics requiring empathy and judgment.
• Manage escalated, sensitive employee relations matters with appropriate partnership.
• Ensure local compliance with labor laws and P&O policies in collaboration with legal and HR colleagues.
• Partner with local leaders to generate data-driven insights aligning with revenue, growth, and workforce trends.
• Organize to improve factory efficiency using workforce data and clear storytelling.
