Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 8-10 years HR experience in manufacturing or distribution environment.
• 8-10 years leadership coaching and stakeholder management.
• 5+ years of workforce transformation and facilitation.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Spartanburg plant leadership to translate goals into people experience strategies.
• Serve as on-site People Partner providing hands-on support and escalation handling.
• Ensure local labor law compliance and effective policy interpretation.
• Drive data-informed decisions linking workforce trends to business outcomes.
• Develop local leaders, especially frontline and mid-level manufacturing leadership.
• Promote standard P&O policies, processes, and AI-enabled solutions.
