Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team on-site. This full-time W-2 role offers a stable, supportive environment and a competitive hourly pay of $55–$60.

You will diagnose and treat communication, feeding and swallowing disorders for children aged 0–21, develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with physicians, psychologists, therapists, teachers and families to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ASHA-accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current State SLP license in Maryland or eligible for state licensure.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, feeding & swallowing services to ages 0-21 in a school setting.
• Develop evaluations and treatment plans; document progress and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, therapists, school staff and families.
