Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics in Baltimore, MD is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site school-based role. Compensation is $55-$60/hour (W-2), with competitive benefits, CEUs, and strong support from an experienced clinical and school-based team.

You will assess and treat pediatric speech, language, feeding and swallowing needs aged 0–21, develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with physicians, psychologists, therapists, and school staff to support

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ASHA-accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current State Speech Therapist license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) when applicable.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services for pediatric students in a school setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (physicians, psychologists, therapists, teachers, parents).
• Document clinical progress, evaluations, and discharge summaries in the records.
• Ensure compliance with state practice acts and professional standards.
