Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support pediatric communication and feeding goals in Maryland.

Join a collaborative team with OTs, PTs, and mental health professionals, a predictable weekday schedule, and time off aligned with breaks to balance work and life.

We offer mentorship, ongoing CEUs, licensure/ASHA reimbursement, and a stable 12-month compensation plan to ensure consistent pay.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required.
• Active state SLP license required.
• Licensing team will assist if not licensed yet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized services based on pediatric needs and therapy plans.
• Conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress in articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and feeding (if applicable).
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support developmental goals.
• Create a positive, supportive therapy experience for each child.
