Job summary

HealthPro Pediatrics, a division of HealthPRO Heritage, seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site role in Lee County, FL. Compensation is $45-$50 per hour based on experience, with a W-2 position and benefits including dental and vision.

You will conduct assessments, provide evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support children and families.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice and swallowing abilities.
• Implement evidence-based therapies and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and multidisciplinary teams.
