Charm City Therapy in Maryland seeks a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a collaborative setting.

The role offers mentorship for Clinical Fellows, opportunities for advancement, and a flexible schedule. You will develop IEPs, conduct evaluations, provide direct therapy, and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• MD license to practice required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write formal diagnostic reports.
• Develop and implement IEPs for eligible students.
• Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff and families to support communication needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Document student progress toward IEP goals.
• Support literacy, language development and social skills initiatives.

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write formal diagnostic reports.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for eligible students.
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs in the classroom.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Document and track student progress toward IEP goals.
• Support literacy, social skills, and language development initiatives.
• Supervise and support other clinicians, if applicable.
• Provide training and resources to school staff regarding communication disorders.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathology License.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
