Job summary

HealthPro Pediatrics is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Concord, NC. Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week and hourly pay of $50–$52. Join a team serving elementary through high school students, with weekends and breaks provided and year-round benefits.

You will conduct assessments, deliver therapy, document progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals. Licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and observations; develop diagnoses.
• Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans.
• Educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans; ensure compliance with standards.
