Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics in Kent County, MD seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-person services to K–12 students. The role emphasizes manageable caseloads, a collaborative team, and a school schedule with potential full-time or part-time hours.

You will evaluate, treat, and monitor speech, language, and feeding needs within a supportive district, enabling meaningful student progress across elementary to high school settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ASHA accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current State Speech Therapist license and CCC when applicable.
• CPR certification and strong communication skills.
• Efficient problem-solving and excellent time management.
• Knowledge of CPT & ICD-10 coding and EMRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language, feeding and swallowing services to pediatric students in a school setting.
• Plan and administer evaluations, treatment plans, consults, screenings and parent education.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, therapists, school staff and families to deliver holistic care.
• Document and maintain confidential patient records and progress notes.
