Worldwide TechServices seeks a Dynamic PC Support professional to troubleshoot desktops and laptops, perform basic to moderately complex diagnostics, and directly assist clients with technical issues. Qualifications

Technical school certification or equivalent and up to 2 years of relevant experience.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support for designated equipment.
Accept and deliver all service calls within the established service level agreement for each client.
Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines and policies.
Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call as documented in policies.
Complete real-time reporting of all calls per policies.
Follow established policies and documents relating to service delivery.
Ensure control of assets and inventory per client service agreements.
Report all activity accurately and timely.
Understand safety policies and follow daily guidelines.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
