Qualifications

• Familiarity with client-provided equipment and basic repair tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver service calls within SLA for each client.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call per policies.
• Log real-time reporting of all calls as required.
• Follow policies and guidelines for delivery of service.
• Maintain asset/inventory control with prompt parts turnaround.
• Report activities accurately and timely.
• Adhere to safety policies and daily guidelines.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
