Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support professional to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting on desktops and laptops. The role involves direct client interaction to address technical issues, timely responses, and adherence to service level agreements.

You will provide on-site customer support, drive to client locations, and handle administrative tasks with accuracy. Basic repair tools are required, and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established service level agreement.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Submit real-time reporting of all calls as required by policies.
• Follow established policies and documents for successful client service.
• Control assets and inventory with prompt parts turnaround.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Comply with safety policies in daily work.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
