GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government-consulting firm, is seeking a PC Support Specialist for the Tallahassee office. This on-site role involves supporting end-user hardware, peripherals, and standard productivity software, with some travel responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on PC support experience in a professional setting, strong Windows OS expertise, and solid problem-solving and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a PC Support or similar role in a professional office environment.
• Expert-level knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking, hardware, and printer support.
• Experience with, or familiarity with, firm productivity software and devices is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-user support for computer hardware and peripherals and standard firm productivity software.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, network, printers, and videoconferencing issues; troubleshoot and escalate as needed.
• Support in-office staff in Tallahassee; travel as required; maintain professionalism and customer-service focus.
