Job summary

A technology services company is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform repair tasks for client products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting desktops and laptops, providing customer support, and ensuring timely completion of service calls. Candidates should have a technical school certification or equivalent and possess strong communication skills. The role involves driving to client locations and may require lifting computer equipment. Knowledge of relevant software and hardware is essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement for each client.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory.
• Understand all Safety policies and guidelines.

Skills

Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients

Ability to drive to client locations

Ability to drive long distances

Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs

Must own a basic repair tool kit
