Job summary

A global technology services provider in Wilmington is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician. This role includes providing customer support, troubleshooting desktops and laptops, and meeting service level agreements. Ideal candidates will have a technical school certification and a knack for customer service. Additional requirements include maintaining OEM certifications, a valid driver's license, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. This position offers opportunities to drive to various client locations.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement for each client.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls.
• Follow established policies and guidelines.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory.
• Report all activity in an accurate and timely manner.
