Human Resource Executive @ Niktor | Specializing in U.S. Onboarding, Workforce Relations & HR Management

Duration: 3 Months

Pay rate: $20.81 - $26.01 Hourly

Base pay range

$20.81/hr - $26.01/hr

Position Summary

Manage payroll process to verify the correct hours of work are paid per contract.

Role model and demonstrate the Company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of self and others. Fred Meyer also requires that all associates perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws.

Essential Job Functions
  • Model “Customer 1st” behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
  • Provide time and attendance information to Main Office
  • Review paperwork for new associates
  • Verify time and attendance clock is operable
  • Verify and maintain manual associate payroll/punch log; manually enter logged data into time and attendance system
  • Generate daily exception log report for each manager
  • Verify weekly time and attendance information; transmit payroll information weekly
  • Generate associate time and attendance history report for managers
  • Maintain Distribution Trucking Company Transportation department associate time and attendance database
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Minimum Position Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus one year experience in time and attendance; or combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Minimum 18 years of age

  • Ability to work weekends and overtime on an occasional basis
  • Accuracy/attention to detail
  • Ability to organize/prioritize variety of tasks/projects
  • Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes
  • Ability to work within set time frames and fixed deadlines
Desired Previous Job Experience
  • Knowledge of Fred Meyer policies, procedures, and organizational structure
  • 7,000 SPH ten‑key by touch
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and FrameMake
