Managepoint is seeking an experienced HRO Payroll Specialist to join our Indianapolis team. This on-site role handles end-to-end, high-volume multi-client payroll operations using iSolved and requires navigating state and local tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will manage full-cycle payroll for a diverse client portfolio, ensure accuracy of time and attendance, and serve as the primary client contact, delivering timely, accurate payroll service under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of HRO/service bureau payroll experience.
• Hands-on iSolved experience is highly preferred; Prism HR, ADP, Kronos experience valued.
• Multi-state payroll across multiple states with knowledge of varying state laws.
• On-site full-time work in Indianapolis.
• Core multitasking, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle payroll for a diverse portfolio of outsourced client companies.
• Use iSolved to input, track, and process payroll, time & attendance, and benefits deductions.
• Manage multi-state tax withholdings across states.
• Serve as primary client contact, resolve discrepancies, and provide excellent service.
