Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families at check-in and register them accurately.
• Verify insurance and demographic information and obtain required signatures.
• Schedule appointments across specialties efficiently.
• Assist with clinic navigation and connect to MyGillette patient portal.
• Promote patient engagement and respond to patient needs promptly.
• Support inpatient admission and registration needs for St. Paul Clinic.
