Responsibilities

• Handle patient access tasks: MRN assignment, eligibility checks, and POS data entry.
• Operate the hospital switchboard and route calls with courtesy.
• Explain consent forms and obtain signatures from patients/guardians.
• Review insurance eligibility and support clean claim submissions.
• Perform pre-registration and collect patient demographics and balances.
• Support compliance and quality audits using reporting systems.
