The position requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced healthcare environment, with onboarding week hours and a steady 40-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service, administrative or healthcare setting.
• Advanced education (Associate or Bachelor’s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families at check-in and register them accurately.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect required signatures.
• Schedule appointments across specialties and assist with navigation.
• Promote MyGillette patient portal and support onboarding.
