Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain, confirm, and enter demographic, financial, and clinical information for financial clearance.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain missing information; notify patient/physician of issues.
• Obtain authorizations, pre-certifications, and referrals.
• Inform patients of liabilities and collect funds as needed.
• Serve as lead resource for Patient Services staff and train team members.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the system of record.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, web messages, fax, or email; handle high workload with professionalism.
• Collaborate with scheduling to support patient flow and add-on cases.
