Responsabilités

• Verify demographics, insurance coverage and financial status; confirm client eligibility.
• Schedule and coordinate high-volume patient procedures and appointments; use EMR for documentation.
• Serve as liaison between physicians, nursing staff, other clinics, patients and insurers.
• Enter patient information accurately into the EMR and respond to patient inquiries.
