Job summary

2M Quality is seeking part-time quality reviewers in the Columbus, Ohio area to examine newly constructed homes from a homebuyer perspective. Reviews are performed on-site, typically 1 to 1.5 hours each, and entered into the report database from the field.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and reliable, able to work 4–5 days per week with some days full-time. Training will be provided; no roof or attic work required, and drive time is not compensated.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience preferred but not required.
• Familiar with punch list writing or general QC/QA principles.
• Home renovation or remodeling experience helps.
• Familiar with fit and finish reviews or warranty walkthroughs with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Review newly built homes from a buyer perspective to identify defects in workmanship and quality.
• Drive to construction sites and conduct quality reviews as scheduled.
• Enter review results online on site using a tablet; submit reports on site by 5 PM.
• Operate a tablet and access report database; no roof/attic work required.
