Kirtland Credit Union is hiring a Part Time Member Experience Specialist I in Albuquerque, NM. The role focuses on creating exceptional member relationships, handling teller transactions, and promoting products and services to meet members' financial needs.

The position is on-site at the Montgomery Branch with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the credit union environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of cash handling, sales and customer service experience.
• Experience with IRA and other consumer deposit products preferred.
• Sales experience with meeting/exceeding goals preferred.
• Proven member service skills and problem resolution ability.
• Experience in customer service, identifying needs and providing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with members and build/maintain member relationships.
• Analyze member financial needs and present product or service options.
• Handle teller transactions, cash handling and account maintenance; refer products/services as appropriate.
• Resolve member requests promptly while upholding Kirtland Credit Union values.
• Coordinate with branches and attend required meetings.
